Welcome to Troy FashionZ. These terms govern your use of our online shop, mobile application, and services. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our platform.
By accessing and using the Troy FashionZ website and mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Troy FashionZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX). We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Airtel), and cash on delivery. Payment is required before items are dispatched or prepared for pickup. Troy FashionZ reserves the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified. Receipts will be sent via WhatsApp or email upon confirmed payment.
Hire rates are charged per day as displayed on each item. A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of hire. Outfits must be returned in their original, clean condition. Any damage, staining, or loss will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possible additional charges at the full replacement cost. Late returns will incur an additional daily hire charge. Alterations to hired outfits are strictly prohibited.
We offer delivery within Kampala and selected areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location. Pickup stations are available at selected locations with their respective fees as displayed at checkout. Troy FashionZ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. For pickup orders, you must bring valid identification.
Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items and hired outfits are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +256 740 591 398. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
We collect personal information such as name, phone number, email, and delivery address for the purpose of processing your orders. Your information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required for delivery and payment processing. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
All content on the Troy FashionZ platform, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Troy FashionZ. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited. The TFZ trademark and brand identity are registered and protected.
Troy FashionZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.
